Service Locating Services carried out for the Pacific Highway Upgrade
The Wyong Town Centre Pacific Highway Upgrade project, currently underway, aims to alleviate congestion along the main traffic route in Wyong. Smartscan has been tasked with completing various aspects of this project due to our proven track record working under TFNSW and RIW conditions, as well as our expertise in geotechnical and environmental assessments.
Our responsibilities include:
- Conducting Service Locating and clearance reports for 187 bore locations.
- Providing Service Locating and clearance reports for 24 Test pit locations.
- Completing Service Locating and clearance for 14 CPT locations.
- Potholing all services around the aforementioned 225 locations.
- Removing drill muds from overwater drill barges.
- Establishing temporary site compounds for all project requirements.
- Performing concrete coring at over 400 locations.
- Conducting a comprehensive survey of the entire scope of work.
- Supplying mud bins and managing waste classification.
By fulfilling the service locating and other tasks, we aim to contribute to the successful execution of the Pacific Highway Upgrade, ultimately improving traffic flow and enhancing the Wyong Town Centre area.
